Visiting different cities with my girlfriend, made me realize that my arms are too short to take a picture of ourselves.
Maybe a selfie stick is not a bad invention at all.

What's needed:
- Bamboo stick
- Mobile phone holder for the car
- 2 x Large, Round Neodymium magnets (30mm x 5mm)
- Bluetooth Shutter Release Remote Control
- String
- Glue
Step 1: Prepare the bamboo
Cut a piece of bamboo as long as you want your selfie stick to be.
Then, cut that stick in half.

Step 2: Glue the magnets
Glue strong, large neodymium magnets to one end of the each stick.
I used epoxy glue for the job.

Step 3: Make a handle
Put some glue on the handle. Wrap a string around it.
Step 4: Attach a mobile phone holder to the stick
Depending on the mobile phone holder you got
Cut off the head-ball and glue it to the stick.
Step 5: Attach the remote
Tie a Bluetooth remote to the handle.
Step 6: Enjoy Your Selfie Stick
Selfie stick is small enough to put it in the bag.
Gravity and magnets will let you open the stick with one hand.
You can also attach the stick to almost any lamppost.
Great for those times when you want to take a photo without holding the stick.
According to Stanford Medical, It is indeed the ONLY reason women in this country live 10 years more and weigh 42 lbs less than we do.
